Mowing

All lawns will be serviced weekly from mid-April through late October, at the proper height for the turf grass variety. Turf to plant bed edges will be trimmed as needed and walks will be cleaned up with a blower. Edging of walks and other paved surfaces (except black top) will be done with a gas powered edger to maintain a neat appearance. Grass clippings will be bagged and removed only when it is necessary or by the request of the client. This extra service may not be included in the original quote.

Irrigation

Watering your turf is a large part of maintaining healthy grass. We do ask that you refrain from watering the night before mowing, or on the day of your scheduled lawn maintenance. This will reduce the risk of damage caused by soggy turf. (Please contact our office for watering suggestions on your property.)

Rain Days

Please skip your next normal watering cycle. Heavy rain may require us to mow on a different day or to skip mowing for that week, if it rains multiple days in a row.

Summer Policy

On very dry weeks we may skip a mowing on lawns without a sprinkler system to prevent further stress to the turf.
